The Wedding Market Expo

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at The Wedding Market Fundraiser.  Please read the EVENT VENDOR AGREEMENT, fill out the application and submit it along with your vendor booth fee.  One of our team members will contact you with booth assignment and event details.  If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to the event coordinator.
The Wedding Market is a unique Wedding Planning & Shopping experience that partners with local artisans, and wedding and event small business entrepreneurs to sell their products and book their services.  All vendor Wedding & Events Markets are fundraising events that support W2OMG, Inc., our 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides birthday parties, milestone celebrations, creative workshops, retreats and internships that support at-risk teens, teen sex trafficked victims, and abuse survivors living in Safe Houses and programs throughout California. ALL Wedding Market events are coordinated by volunteers and hosted at Where 2 Or More Gather Studio + Boutique Flower Farm, located at 1538-40 Quail Ridge Rd., Escondido,  CA. 92027
  • TFS (Trade For Service) Vendor Booths will be on the lawn for "LIVE" Weddings, and include 8x8 Poolside booth if needed.
  • 8x8 Poolside Vendor Booth spaces include railing umbrella.
  • Booth Fees is due and payable when you submit the application.
  • Each vendor must supply an item for raffle at The Wedding Market for fundraiser.
  • Vendors must bring their own supplies, tables and chairs
  • All vendors will be given specific set up and take down times, and MUST adhere to those time to avoid gridlock. 
  • Vendors will be given a specific unload/load times, and must adhere to those times. have specific time to unload/load their vehicles, and 
  • Vendors may park in VIP Parking to UNLOAD ONLY, you will be given designated time to unload your car.  If you miss that time, you will have to wait until after everyone has unloaded, and allow to set up within allowed time before market begins.
  • After unloading, vendor MUST move their car to street parking to allow guests to use limited property guest parking.
  • It is recommended that you bring cart to expedite loading/unloading process. 
  • BREAKDOWN:  Please TEAR DOWN your tent, and pack up your belongings BEFORE you bring your car to upper VIP area parking area to load.  
We'd love for all our markets to be successful, and it can't happen without ALL of us doing our part to support one another and our businesses, remember all our Markets are fundraising events, and all the booth and entry fees go to support our non-profit, and we require that each vendor invite and have a minimum of at least 10 friends or family attend.  Room buzz is contagious, and is great way to help all vendors succeed.  Please post and share The Wedding Market Expo flyers, social medial posts, stories, reels, or any information, to your social media followers/platforms, email to friends, family and community, and tag Where 2 or More Gather with each post.  Tag, support and share with their friends and family.  Remind guests ALL Markets support our non-profit and small businesses.  Feel free to duplicate or distribute any promotional material before event to help share and market the event.
VIP VENDOR PASSES: Participating vendors will be given VIP Event Passes to gift their ENGAGED couples.  VIP Pass holder will be given VIP early admission, exclusive tour of our flower farm with various photo ops, exclusive VIP seating.
All Booth fees support our non-profit, and are not-refundable, and are not transferable for any reason.  No refunds in case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by governmental agencies to cancel the event, over which W2OMG, Inc. has no control.  Vendor credit towards a future event will be assessed on an individual basis and dependent on special circumstances but NOT guaranteed as withdrawals/cancellations affect the fundraising event.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold W2OMG, Inc., Where 2 Or More Gather, their officials, staff, and agents harmless of and from any and all actions, causes of actions of every kind in law or equity, suits, debts, liens, contracts, agreements, promises, claims, liabilities, demands, damages, obligations, loss, costs, and expense of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, including, with limitation, attorney's fees and court costs through and including any appeals, taxable or otherwise, incurred, either directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in any of The Wedding Market fundraisers or events, including but not limited to, any claims which might be made by myself, my co-workers, my agents, my employees, and/or any member of the general public.
By submitting this application, all participants agree to be photographed, videotaped, and shared on public social media posts, reels, etc.  Vendors are welcome to post and share any photographs with one another, will receive gallery of professional photos and videos after the event for your business social media content.  Time Ends Productions and other on-site Photographers will also be available to capture vendor media that may be purchased, and will there will be no compensation for use of thier likeness.  Please make sure you tag production company, photographers or videographers of media content you receive, including any/all vendors who contributed to the picture/video shown.
W2OMG, Inc non profit, Where 2 Or More Gather is a privately owned Creative Studio & Flower Farm, its agents or representatives are not responsible for any injuries to persons and/or any damage or loss of property for any reason, including theft.  The vendor is required to provide internal staff to watch and maintain all booth property, including but not limited to merchandise, display units, promotional property or materials, merchant payment device or equipment, cash, or lockboxes, etc.  W2OMG, INC, Where 2 or more gather and its agents and representatives shall not be responsible for any injuries to persons and/or any damage or theft, or loss of property for any reason.
Vendors are responsible to keep your booth sanitized at all times, limiting the number of customers in booth space at one time. We encourage touchess-less payment and that you provide hands free sanitizers at your booth.  Please do not come to the event if you are not feeling well or have symptoms of Covid, test positive for Covid, or have been exposed to someone with suspected or confirmed Covid.  For most current guidelines with the San Diego County corona virus website.
Vendors are responsible for establishing their own merchant accounts for collecting payment, and are responsible for possessing any business licenses or permits required for their business.  Vendors are responsible for collecting monies for products or services sold, including taxes to any county, state or federal agency.  Vendors must have their permit during the Market required by the State of California to file a sales & use tax return.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance.
We ask all vendors behave in professional, respectful manner toward guests, other vendors, host property owners, and any/all W2OMG, INC non-profit staff, volunteers and its agents.
  • ALL vendors, artists and W2OMG, Inc. partners commit to help prevent underage access & use of alcohol at any Wedding & Events Markets, Workshops, or milestone celebrations hosted at Where 2 Or More Gather + Boutique Flower Farm.
  • NO ONE is allowed in the swimming pool. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • If you bring Children with you to the market, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • There is NO smoking ANYWHERE on the property, you must go onto the public road.
  • NO pets allowed on property during any market events, unless companion or emotional support animal.
There is no power or wifi available.  If you need power you must bring your own portable power or generator, and advise Market Coordinator if you will be bringing your own power.
